# WebhookSession

Session state recorded by the source lifecycle event. Does not provide ordering guarantees; expanded conversation state may be newer.

## Properties

- `id` (string, required)
- `status` (enum, optional) - Event-time session status. Omitted when unavailable in a legacy source event.
- `started` (boolean, optional) - Whether the session had started at event time: a customer message or a human agent's
message makes a session started. `false` for a `cold` session with only outbound
automated messages (API, journey, campaign or chatbot). Omitted when unavailable in a
legacy source event.
