## Troubleshooting

### Disconnect icon does not appear

The disconnect icon is missing when you hover over the item. Sometimes browser cache can get delayed. Fix this by clearing your browser cache and reloading the page.

### Channel stays in the list

The channel remains visible after you click disconnect. This can happen, when a server has temporary synchronization lag. Refresh your browser window to see the updated status.
