## How to rename a chatbot

1. Log in to your Flownally workspace.
2. Go to the **Chatbots** tab.
3. Click on one of the existing chatbots.
4. Click on the **pencil** next to the chatbot name in the upper left corner.
5. Type new name of the chatbot.
6. Click **enter** to save the change.

## What happens after renaming a chatbot?

After renaming a chatbot, the new title updates instantly across your workspace. The system saves the change immediately without pausing any live chat conversations. Your team will see the updated name in the chatbot list right away.

## Troubleshooting

### Name does not save

The new name disappears after you press enter. This happens because of a **temporary network connection drop**. You need to **refresh your browser page** and type the name again.
