## Before you start
 
Before connecting Twilio number to Flownally, make sure you have:
- **Admin access to your Flownally workspace**.
- **Access to the Twilio account** you want to connect.
- At least **one active number** in Twilio.
- Stable internet connection.
 
## How to connect Twilio
 
1. Log in to your Flownally workspace.
2. Go to **Channels**.

3. Click **Connect Twilio**.

4. Provide **Account SID** and **Auth Token** from your Twilio dashboard.
5. Click on the **Find numbers** button.

6. Select a **phone number** from Twilio.
7. Click on the **Install Numbers** button.

## What happens after connecting Twilio?
 
After connecting Twilio, new Twilio conversations will appear in your Flownally shared inbox. Your team can reply to those conversations and manage them alongside WhatsApp and Messenger messages.
 
## Troubleshooting
 
### Twilio messages don't appear in my Flownally inbox
 
This can happen when the the channel is not active. Check whether the channel is active in the **Channels** tab. If the connection is inactive, **reconnect** Instagram and confirm that you completed all Meta authorization steps.
