## What happens after jumping to another block in a journey?

After jumping to another block in a journey, the workflow redirects contacts to your chosen step automatically. The system moves users to the new path instantly in the background. Your automation continues running smoothly without any manual work from your team.

## Troubleshooting

### Start block cannot be selected

You can't restart the journey while it's in progress. You must connect the **Jump to... block** to another block, such as the one immediately after the **Start block**.

### **Couldn't activate this journey** when trying to activate the journey

This occurs because a **Jump to... block** is left without a destination. You need to click the block and select a target block to fix the error.
