## What happens after creating an entry point in a journey?

After creating an entry point in a journey, your automation workflow gains a defined starting trigger. The system watches for your chosen customer action in the background and automatically forces matching contacts into the journey.

## Troubleshooting

### Start block options do not open

This is caused by a **temporary browser glitch**. You must **refresh your browser window** and click the block again to see the choices.

### **Configuration incomplete** when trying to activate the journey

This is likely because only the starting point is configured, and the journey requires action blocks to function. To fix this, add more blocks to the journey and try activating it again.
