Before removing a tag, make sure you have:

## How to create a new tag

1. Log in to your Flownally workspace.
2. Go to the **Settings** tab.
3. Go to the **Customer tags** section.
4. Click on the **Create tag** button.
5. Provide a **name** for the new tag.
6. Click on the **Create tag** button.

## What happens after creating a new tag?

After creating a new tag, the new label appears in your customer tags list. You can now apply this tag to your contacts manually or use it inside your chatbot workflows.

## Troubleshooting

### A tag with this name already exists

The system displays an error when saving the label. This happens because the chosen name already exists in your workspace. You must type a different unique name to complete the process.

### Button unresponsive

The create button does not respond when clicked. This is caused by a temporary browser loading issue. You need to refresh your dashboard tab and try again.
