## How to remove a new member

1. Log in to your Flownally workspace.
2. Go to the **Team** tab.
3. Go to the **Members** section.
4. **Click on a team member**.
5. Click on the **Remove member** button.

## What happens after removing a new member?

After removing a new member, their login access to your workspace stops immediately. Their name disappears from the active members list and their previously assigned chats move to the general unassigned queue.

## Troubleshooting

### Member name still visible

The user profile remains in your list after deletion. This happens when a browser cache is temporary delayed. You need to reload your browser page to refresh the view.
