## Before you start

Before renaming a team, make sure you have:
- **Admin access to your Flownally workspace**.
- An existing team profile built in your workspace.

## How to rename a team

1. Log in to your Flownally workspace.
2. Go to the **Team** tab.
3. Go to the **Teams** section.
4. **Click to a team**.
5. Type new name of the team in the **Name** field.
6. Click **enter** to save the change.

## What happens after renaming a team?

After renaming a team, the new title updates across your workspace dashboard instantly. All routed channel descriptions and shared inbox filters reflect the name change right away.

## Troubleshooting

### New name does not save

The title reverts to the old name after pressing enter. This happens when the network loses connection for a short time. You must wait a moment and type the text again.

### Name field is frozen

The input text box blocks typing. It can happen due to a temporary script freezing issue. To fix this you need to reload your browser tab to fix it.
