Troubleshooting
Profile picture fails to upload
The system rejects your new profile image or fails to show it on the page. This happens because the chosen file format or size is not supported by the platform. You must select a standard image format like PNG or JPEG and try uploading it again.
Password change error
The platform displays an error message when you try to update your security settings. This occurs because your current password was typed incorrectly in the verification field. You need to retype your existing password carefully and submit the change again.
