Before you start
Before connecting Twilio number to Flownally, make sure you have:
- Admin access to your Flownally workspace.
- Access to the Twilio account you want to connect.
- At least one active number in Twilio.
- Stable internet connection.
How to connect Twilio
- Log in to your Flownally workspace.
- Go to Channels.
- Click Add channel in the upper right corner.
- Click Connect Twilio.
- Provide Account SID and Auth Token from your Twilio dashboard.
- Click the Find numbers button.
- Select one or more phone numbers from Twilio.
- Click the Install button. It shows how many numbers you selected, for example Install 1 Number.
What happens after connecting Twilio?
After connecting Twilio, new Twilio conversations will appear in your Flownally shared inbox. Your team can reply to those conversations and manage them alongside messages from other channels.
Troubleshooting
Twilio messages don't appear in my Flownally inbox
This can happen when the channel is not active. Check whether the channel is active in the Channels tab. If the connection is inactive, reconnect Instagram and confirm that you completed all Meta authorization steps.
