Before you start
Before connecting WhatsApp number to Flownally, make sure you have:
- Admin access to your Flownally workspace.
- Stable internet connection.
Important: You must follow the specific external authorization instructions for each platform type to complete the setup.
How to add a channel
- Log in to your Flownally workspace.
- Go to the Channels tab.
- Click on the Add new button.
- Choose one of the channels.

What happens after adding a channel?
After adding a channel, new conversations from that messaging platform will appear in your Flownally shared inbox. Your team can reply to those conversations and manage them alongside your other connected platforms.
Troubleshooting
Channel option is missing
The channel option is not visible in the list. It can be a result of a temporary dashboard display error. Refresh your browser window to update the view.
Connection fails midway
The external authentication window closes and fails to connect the channel. The likely cause might be a temporary network connection drop. Try to add the channel again - click add new so you can restart the platform authorization steps.
