Before you start
Before adding a contact, make sure you have:
- The minimum required information for the contact (such as a name or primary identifier).
How to add a contact
- Log in to your Flownally workspace.
- Go to the Contacts tab.
- Click on the + Add contact button.
- Provide the contact name and add any additional fields.
- Click on Create contact to save new contact.
What happens after adding a contact?
After a contact is added, their new user profile will immediately appear in your Flownally customers tab. Your team can look up their details, manually initiate new conversations across your connected channels, and assign custom fields or tags to keep their information organized alongside your existing contacts.
Troubleshooting
"Create contact" button is greyed out
The Create contact button remains unclickable. This can happen if you have likely missed a required field or entered invalid information. Check the provided data and try again.
