This article explains how to delete a team from your workspace. Follow these steps to completely remove a group profile from your settings. This clears out old or inactive departments.

Before you start
Before deleting a team, make sure you have:
- Admin access to your Flownally workspace.
- A team that you no longer need in your account.
Important: You must remove all members from the team roster first, or the system will hide or block the delete button.
How to delete a team
- Log in to your Flownally workspace.
- Go to the Team tab.
- Go to the Teams section.
- Click to a team.
- Remove all team members first.
- Click on the Delete team button.
What happens after deleting a team?
After deleting a team, the group profile is permanently removed from your workspace list. Any communication channels previously tied to this team will lose their routing rules immediately.
Troubleshooting
Delete team button is greyed out
The delete button is greyed out. It's because the group still contains active members. You must remove every person from the roster first to reveal the button.
Team reappears in overview
The group stays visible after deletion. This can happen due to a temporary browser storage cache lag. To fix this you need to clear your browser cache and refresh the dashboard.
