Before you start
Before removing a new member, make sure you have:
- Admin access to your Flownally workspace.
- An active member profile to remove from the workspace.
How to remove a new member
- Log in to your Flownally workspace.
- Go to the Team tab.
- Go to the Members section.
- Click on a team member.
- Click on the Remove member button.
What happens after removing a new member?
After removing a new member, their login access to your workspace stops immediately. Their name disappears from the active members list and their previously assigned chats move to the general unassigned queue.
Troubleshooting
Member name still visible
The user profile remains in your list after deletion. This happens when a browser cache is temporary delayed. You need to reload your browser page to refresh the view.
