Before you start
Before creating a chatbot, make sure you have:
- At least one active messaging channel connected to your workspace to deploy the flow.
Important: Creating a chatbot only starts a blank draft. The chatbot will not reply to customers until you add response blocks and activate it.
How to create a chatbot
- Log in to your Flownally workspace.
- Go to the Chatbots tab.
- Click on the Create chatbot.
What happens after creating a chatbot?
After creating a chatbot, a blank assistant project opens in your workspace. Your team can add message blocks and build automated conversation paths. The chatbot will stay in draft mode until you activate it.
Troubleshooting
Create chatbot button does not respond
The button does not react when clicked on the dashboard. This is caused by a temporary browser loading delay. You must refresh your browser window and click the button again to fix it.
Chatbot list fails to load
The dashboard shows a blank list instead of your chatbots. This happens because of a temporary network connection drop. You need to check your internet connection and reload the page.
