Troubleshooting
Delete icon is not working
The delete is greyed out. This happens because the journey is currently active. You must pause the journey first before the system allows you to delete it.
Journey stays on the list
The journey stays in your list after you click the delete icon. This is usually caused by a temporary browser cache lag. You need to refresh your browser window to update the dashboard view.
