Before you start
Before renaming a journey, make sure you have:
- An existing journey created in your workspace.
Important: Renaming a journey will not interrupt a live automation. The workflow will continue running normally for your customers while you update the title.
How to rename a journey
- Log in to your Flownally workspace.
- Go to the Journeys tab.
- Click on one of the existing journeys.
- Click on the pencil next to the journey name in the upper left corner.
- Type new name of the journey.
- Click enter to save the change.
What happens after renaming a journey?
After a journey is renamed, the new title updates instantly across your workspace. The system saves the change immediately without pausing any live automations. Your team will see the updated name in the journeys list right away.
Troubleshooting
Name does not save
The new name disappears after you press enter. This happens because of a temporary network connection drop. You need to refresh your browser page and type the name again.
Pencil icon is missing
You click on a journey but cannot see the pencil icon next to the name. This is usually caused by a temporary browser display lag. You should clear your browser cache and reload the tab to fix it.
