Before you start
Before jumping to another block in a journey, make sure you have an existing journey with the block you want to jump to.
How to jump to another block in a journey
- Log in to your Flownally workspace.
- Go to the Journeys tab.
- Click an existing journey to edit it, or create a new one to open the editor automatically.
- Click on Add step at the end of a path to add a new block.
- Choose the Jump to... block.
- Click on the block you want the journey to jump to.
Important: Jump to... is available only at the end of a path. It is not offered when you add a block between two existing blocks.
What happens after jumping to another block in a journey?
After jumping to another block in a journey, the end of the path shows a link with the name of the destination block. The workflow redirects contacts to your chosen step automatically, and your automation continues running smoothly without any manual work from your team.
Troubleshooting
Start block cannot be selected
You can't restart the journey while it's in progress. Connect the Jump to... block to another block, such as the one immediately after the Start block.
Jump to... is missing from the list of blocks
This happens when you click the + icon between two blocks. Jump to... can only end a path, so click Add step at the end of a path instead.
Couldn't activate this journey. Try again. when trying to activate the journey
This occurs when a Jump to... block is left without a destination, for example after you pressed Esc. The block then shows Go to… instead of a block name. Click it, select a target block, and activate the journey again.
