Troubleshooting
Version list is empty
The version history panel displays no past versions. This happens because the journey is completely new and has no saved edits yet. You must make and save a change first to generate a history log.
History list does not load
The panel shows a loading wheel and fails to display your history. This is usually caused by a temporary browser cache lag. You need to refresh your browser window to fix the display.
