- Log in to your Flownally workspace.
- Go to the Settings tab.
- Go to the Custom fields section.
- Click on a custom field
- Type new name of the custom field.
- Click on the Save changes button.
What happens after renaming a custom field?
After renaming a custom field, the new title updates across your workspace instantly. All contact profiles and property views will display the updated field name right away.
Troubleshooting
Name resets
The field title reverts to its old name after you click save. This happens because of a brief network connection drop. You must wait a few seconds and type the name again.

The custom field line does not open when you click it. This is caused by a temporary browser interface stall. You need to refresh your dashboard page to make it responsive.
