Before you start
Before removing a tag, make sure you have:
- A clear decision to permanently remove the label.
Important: Deleting a tag is permanent. It removes the label from all assigned contacts automatically.
How to remove a tag
- Log in to your Flownally workspace.
- Go to the Settings tab.
- Go to the Customer tags section.
- Hover over the tag.
- Click on the Delete icon.
What happens after removing a tag?
After removing a tag, the label disappears from your customer tags settings list. The system automatically unassigns this tag from all contacts who previously had it.
Troubleshooting
Delete icon missing
The trash icon does not show up when you hover over the item. This is caused by a temporary display rendering lag in your browser. You need to clear your browser cache and reload the page.
Tag still appears
The tag remains visible in your list after you click delete. This happens due to a temporary server synchronization delay. You must refresh your browser window to see the updated overview.
