Before you start
Before removing a website widget, make sure you have:
- Admin access to your Flownally workspace.
- An existing website widget saved in your workspace.
Important: Deleting the widget from settings stops the script from functioning. You should also remove the code block from your website files to clean up your code.
How to remove a website widget
- Log in to your Flownally workspace.
- Go to the Settings tab.
- Go to the Website widgets section.
- You have two options on how to remove website widget:
- From the website widgets list:
- Hover over the website widget.
- From the website widgets list:
2. Click on the **Delete** icon to the right of the website widget.
- From a specific website widget:
1. **Click on a website widget**.
2. Click on the **Delete widget** button.
3. Confirm by clicking on the **Delete widget** button.
What happens after removing a website widget?
After removing a website widget, the integration profile is deleted from your workspace. The embed code snippet stops working immediately. Visitors can no longer open chat options or send messages from that specific widget setup.
Troubleshooting
Widget still loads on my website
This happens because your browser is loading a cached version of the page. You must clear your browser history and reload your live website to verify the change.
Delete button is frozen
This is caused by a temporary browser interface lag. You need to refresh the page and try clicking the button again.
