Before you start
Before removing a tag, make sure you have:
- A unique name chosen for your new label.
Important: Tag names must be unique. The system will reject duplicate names.
How to create a new tag
- Log in to your Flownally workspace.
- Go to the Settings tab.
- Go to the Customer tags section.
- Click on the Create tag button.
- Provide a name for the new tag.
- Click on the Create tag button.
What happens after creating a new tag?
After creating a new tag, the new label appears in your customer tags list. You can now apply this tag to your contacts manually or use it inside your chatbot workflows.
Troubleshooting
A tag with this name already exists
The system displays an error when saving the label. This happens because the chosen name already exists in your workspace. You must type a different unique name to complete the process.
Button unresponsive
The create button does not respond when clicked. This is caused by a temporary browser loading issue. You need to refresh your dashboard tab and try again.
