Key metrics explained
- Contacts entering journeys: Total contacts entering automated workflows during the selected period, reflecting their current entry status. Counts can overlap when a contact joins several journeys or enters again. The timeline counts each contact on their first entry day within the period.
- Still in journey: Number of contacts currently active and progressing through journey steps. The timeline counts each contact on their first entry day within the period.
- Contacts with failed entries: Total contacts that encountered errors during journey entry. A failed entry does not imply that the contact is still blocked. The timeline counts each contact on their first entry day within the period.
Troubleshooting
Contacts with failed entries count is high
Your journey trigger conditions or contact fields contain invalid data. Review your journey trigger rules and field requirements.
Journey contact count does not update
The reporting dashboard updates periodically rather than instantly. Wait a few minutes and refresh your browser page.
