How do I delete a campaign?
This article explains how to permanently delete an existing campaign from your Flownally workspace.
In this article, you will learn how to
- Delete a campaign from Flownally.
- Remove draft or unused campaigns.
Before you start
Before deleting a campaign, make sure you have:
- Owner or Admin role in your Flownally workspace.
- At least one campaign in your workspace.
Important: You can’t delete a scheduled campaign. Open it and click Return to draft first.
How to delete a campaign
- Log in to your Flownally workspace.
- Go to the Campaigns tab.
- Hover over the campaign.
- Click the three dots on the right side of the campaign.
- Click Delete campaign.
- Confirm by clicking the Delete campaign button.
What happens after deleting a campaign?
After a campaign is deleted, it is removed from your workspace immediately. Deleting a draft can’t be undone. When you delete a campaign that was already sent, its delivery records and message history are kept.
Troubleshooting
Delete button does not respond
Outdated browser script data interferes with the action. Refresh your browser page and try deleting the campaign again.
Campaign is still listed after deletion
This is usually caused by a temporary browser cache lag. You need to refresh your browser window to update the campaign list.
"Delete campaign" option is missing
The campaign is scheduled. Open the campaign, click Return to draft, and then delete it.
