How do I duplicate a property in Flownally?

This article explains how to duplicate an existing property in your workspace. Follow these steps to use tile view or list view to replicate an asset. This saves time when managing similar rental units.

  • Resolve cloning errors inside the properties panel.

Before you start

Before duplicating a property, make sure you have an already added property.

How to duplicate a property

  1. Log in to your Flownally workspace.
  2. Go to the Properties tab.

  1. You can duplicate a property in two different ways depending on the view of the Properties section:
    • In tile view:
      1. Hover over a property.
      2. Click on the three dots.

3. Click on the **Duplicate property** button.

- In list view: 1. Hover over a property.

2. Click on the **Duplicate** icon to the right of the property.

What happens after duplicating a property?

After duplicating a property, a new identical asset profile appears in your list. The system appends a copy label to the new property name. You can modify its specific details or address immediately.

Troubleshooting

Duplicate option is missing

This happens due to a temporary page loading error. You must refresh your browser window to reload the action icons.

Clone fails to appear

This is caused by a brief database latency lag. You must wait a few seconds and refresh the tab to update the view.
