How do I duplicate a property in Flownally?

This article explains how to duplicate an existing property in your workspace. Follow these steps to use card view or table view to copy a property. This saves time when managing similar rental units.

Before you start

Before duplicating a property, make sure you have an already added property.

How to duplicate a property

1. Log in to your Flownally workspace.
2. Go to the Properties tab.

3. You can duplicate a property in two different ways, depending on the view you choose with the icons next to the Add property button:
   • In card view (grid icon):
     1. Hover over a property.
     2. Click on the ⋯ (more actions) button in the top-right corner of the property card.

3. Click on Duplicate property.

• In table view (list icon):
  1. Hover over a property and click on the ⋯ (more actions) button to the right of the property.

2. Click on Duplicate.

What happens after duplicating a property?

After duplicating a property, a Property duplicated confirmation appears and a new property with the same details shows up in your list. The system adds "(copy)" to the new property name. You can modify its specific details or address immediately.
